A fun girlie bootcamp style with Lydia, & if you are a first timer for Reformer, highly recommend going to Lydia's class. She explains thoroughly & made sure you are doing it the right way, wished she was my instructor when I first started out. 10/10

Learning different movements in her class is great . She is firm but funny instructor as she had seen and understood my struggles in certain areas of my body . Quite challenging for me , but , I enjoyed her teaching.

Shye Y’ng is a very patient and supportive teacher. Her instructions are clear, and she carefully guides each student on improving their posture. The whole class feels comfortable, relaxing, and encouraging.

Alyssa's class appeals to me as she checks in with each person before class about injuries, pregnancies etc, and she reminds us that it's our own workout, not anyone else's so listen to our bodies. Each class is a mix of the usual conditioning and new movements or some that are revisited. There are modifications to suit different levels too. Class is about slowing down for conscious and controlled movements useful in everyday life, and it grounds me that there are no fancy poses to chase.
