The all-women studio has pleasing aesthetics and warm welcoming instructors. Location: 10 mins distance from Paya Lebar MRT, closest exit is C. Studio: Level 1 are for strength and circuit training. Level 2 are for pilates - reformer and chair. Level 3 is for yoga / mat classes. Classes: The variety of classes offered are great. It’s beginner friendly and flexible to suit your needs. Additional: They have thoughtfully curated workshops that allow you to learn more about your body, health, wellness and self-care. Love that they really listen to and embrace feedback and are constantly growing! This studio has so much potential and I can’t wait to see what’s ahead of them!

my second time attending this. The stability chair? Oh, it’s a whole experience. Engages the core? Absolutely. Improves balance? For sure. Makes me question all my life choices? 100%. Every set feels like a survival mission—my legs were trablin’ like they had WiFi issues! But in all seriousness, it’s an amazing tool for building strength, and when paired with the mat exercises , it’s a perfect mix of support and challenge. Just be prepared to fight for your life every workout. Highly recommend… if you like a little suffering with your progress!

I really enjoy Angelica’s strength training classes. She is very attentive, supportive, and always takes the time to explain each movement clearly. What I appreciate most is that she regularly checks how I’m feeling and asks if I’m experiencing any pain or discomfort. Her attention to detail and genuine care make every class enjoyable and safe. Thank you, Angelica, for being such a wonderful coach! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

maryam is a really detailed and supportive instructor! she's very thorough in her explanations and highlights how the various exercises benefit our body. i like that she provided alternatives for springboard as most studios don't offer it. she checked up on me a lot as she noticed i struggled a bit because of my spinal condition, which i really appreciated 🥹

Jo is a sweet and attentive instructor, especially for first-timers and those with injuries/medical conditions! She explains and demonstrates the exercises well, highlighting the muscle groups that are being targeted and providing modifications where necessary. Great breath cues and energy too!

My first time trying out PT session and the experience was fulfilling and fun! Jo was understanding as I had not been working out for awhile and she had taught me on what I should focused on to improve on my postures and the science behind each movement.
