Renew Pilates Studio

The Hot Mat Pilates class with Coach Novi was a lot of fun, and I really enjoyed it, even though it was challenging and left me feeling tired. As a first-timer, I felt comfortable throughout the session, and it definitely made me want to come back and try another Hot Mat Pilates class or explore some of the other classes as well.

Reformer Class with Coach Agit was great! The flow was smooth, and Coach Agit herself was very attentive to every student in the class. I felt tired afterward, but in a good and fun way. I also slept really well that night after the class. Would definitely love to come back to Coach Agit’s class again!

Walaupun masih newbie di tower, coach novi ngajarnya tetep sabar dan diarahin satu persatu 👍💪
