As usual, Shayne has been consistent in the way she conducts her lesson. Her instructions are clear and also let us know which part of our body should feel the ache to ensure we work on the right muscles. Each time when i decide to be kinder to myself with a 70% move, Shayne would notice and come forth to push me to hit a 100%. Guess she believe us more than we believe in ourselves 😂 Torturous but fulfilling lesson as always!

Coach Vivien is an excellent Wunda Chair instructor. She is encouraging, motivating, and knows how to push us to achieve more than we think we can. I especially appreciate her positive words and constant encouragement, which keep me going even when I feel I’ve reached my limits. Her classes are challenging yet rewarding, and I always leave feeling stronger and more confident. 💛

I have a spine condition, and Instructor Yeap has been very helpful, patient, and attentive in guiding me through the exercises safely. She clearly demonstrates each movement and ensures that I use the correct technique and posture. I also appreciate how she observes and adjusts students individually when needed. Her classes are enjoyable, and I highly recommend her.

Xenres is a patient and encouraging Pilates instructor who pays close attention to posture and breathing, ensuring every movement is done correctly. His guidance and corrections make the sessions effective and enjoyable. The only suggestion I have is to add a greater variety of songs to his playlist to make the classes even more engaging.

Song Ying is a very dedicated and knowledgeable trainer. He will explain which body part and muscle are you working on and what are the benefits by training those areas. He prep the students well and will gradually level up the challenge to ensure everyone has the confidence to perform the workout. He is simply an awesome trainer👍👍👍

I love Michelle's Pilates class. Her instructions are always clear and easy to follow. She provides different options and progressions, allowing participants to adjust the intensity based on their fitness level. She is also attentive in correcting form, which helps ensure that exercises are performed safely and effectively.
