Every class from every coach I have joined so far has been exceptional (JJ, Jessica, Trina, Jacqueline, Jing Yong, Joel). The coaches are very detailed in their explanation of the what the workout plan and why. They also encourage the students to push beyond their limits. Highly recommend!

Gordon is a great coach and the running community is very good and encouraging! I think everyone should give this class a try. You don’t have to run a certain pace or distance to be ready for the class. Just do your best and improve 1% every time - I think it’s good enough!

Trina is amazing! She will modify my workout cos I don’t have the stamina to do the full set of exercises and she also told me tips on how to do lunges more efficiently. in general I really like the coaches from STR! Oh I also want to mention another trainee coach who helped to co-facilitate the session with Trina! He is very gentle and patient with us!
