Great strength class. Trainer Andy was very attentive throughout, consistently spotting and correcting posture to ensure proper form. He was patient and explained each movement step by step, making it easy to follow. A very supportive and effective session.

First time doing Ride Ski Row! Andy did a superb job to ease me into this class learning the basics/form of the Ride, Ski & the row equipments! Enjoyed the class, not as bad as i thought it will be!
