Im happy and can feel the difference before and after joining this sessions. more mindful and inches loss! At the beginning, I needed more rest because of muscle soreness, but now my body has slowly adapted and I recover much better after workouts.kinda nervous at the first place but much thanks to my lovely coach Faira for the encouragement, support and understanding. I really enjoyed every session with her! please have body composition analysis pwiss :))

I freaking love spinning with Scarlett!! She’s the best instructor I’ve ever had. She motivates me to push harder and makes every class so much fun. From struggling with 2 rounds to now hitting 12 and still feeling good, she’s just that great! The vibe is always immaculate. Love her femme fatale playlist tonight, tbh ALL her playlist!! edm? Thats even better 😘

I highly recommend cough Faira~ She is incredibly patient, highly knowledgeable, and tailor every session to my needs. Thanks to her guidance and encouragement, I successfully reached my goal of reducing my weight from 55kg to 52kg in a month.
